Srivari foundation is the brainchild of G.Murali. He has a versatile career spanning 25 years as a Promoter, Project Manager, Contractor, Designer andQuantity Surveyor. he has worked in prestigious organisations like B.E. Billimoria & co. Ltd, Wadhawan HoldingsPvt.Ltd., Synergy Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd (Now Colliers India),Chaitanya Builders and Leasing Pvt. Ltd, Arihant Foundations Pvt. Ltd., where he has gained experience of handling various projects like multi-storied residential building, Malls, hotels, to name a few. Some of the projects he has been involved in are Express Avenue, Chennai, Alliance orchid springs, Chennai, Vaikunt, Purasavakkam, Chennai. He also has a master’s in construction management.
He holds a responsible position and memberships of bodies

• Competent Person of Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health

The Journey so far

Srivari foundation was established in 2014 as developer and contractor and subsequently added consultancy and real estate wings. While being relatively young in its journey, the organisation has established a reasonable presence in the construction industry of Tamil Nādu. In the short span, we have handled projects varying from residences, individual bungalows, apartments, Retrofit works, and factories. Srivari Foundation is driven by its commitment to its core values of sustainability, quality, excellence and innovation.

The Team

Srivari foundation collaborates with a team of experienced professionals who are well-versed in various aspects of construction including design and project management. We also have onboard a team which specializes in testing of materials. With such an experienced team we have the capability to handle projects of any volume.
